BHARAT MIDNIGHT MARATHON EXPO

Documents to carry at the BMM Expo for BIB/Timing Chip collection
  1. It is mandatory for all individual participants to collect their running numbers personally from the Bib Collection Centre within the BMM EXPO. Confirmed participants must carry along following documents (soft copy accepted) in order to collect his/her running bib:
    (a) The application confirmation (sent via email or WhatsApp).
    (b) Govt. approved photo ID proof.
  1. In case of unavoidable circumstances, a participant can send his/her representative to collect running number bib on his/her behalf. The representative must carry along following documents for running bib collection:
    (a) The application confirmation (sent via email or WhatsApp).
    (b) Govt. approved photo ID proof of the runner.
    (c) Govt. approved photo ID proof of the representative.
  1. Group collection of bibs – A group can send their representative/s to collect the running number bibs on behalf of their team members. Running number bibs of the entire group participating in different race categories will be handed over at one go. The representative/s need to carry the following documents for the collection of number bibs:
    (a) Printed copy of group confirmation email sent across to the group’s point person.
    (b) Govt. approved photo ID proof of the representative.
    (c) Printed copy of signed letter on the NGO/company letterhead authorising the representative/s to collect number bibs on behalf of the group. Sample of letter given below.

Important:

No running number will be posted to individual mailing addresses for whatsoever reasons. Further, no number bibs will be handed over to any participant post the declared closing hours of the BMM Expo.
